Your body will be rejuvenated by the warm water which will help to alleviate stress and deepen your relaxation for your massage which follows. During this time, I will guide you through a simple meditation to help calm your mind and you may also ask me questions about developing awareness of your body, health and exercise, or any specific interest or concern. Your full-body sensual massage proceeds with instruction in Tantric breathing and energetic practices which will help you to circulate your energy, increase blood flow and health to your muscles and tissues, and revitalize your Chakra system.
